Justin Bieber has not been in concert for three years. Covid19 has pushed that back as well, as the world shut down in the lockdowns for months. As 2021 is coming up, Justin believes this is the time to do a concert, to rein in a new year with joy and with the hope of a better tomorrow.
So, with a great team in place, Justin prepares for a New Year’s Eve concert. The concert is slated to be at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel and due to Covid government regulations, will have to be on the roof top. Due to the hotel being built in the 1950s, the roof has to be stabilized and every item weighted and configured so that the roof doesn’t collapse.
Overall, the challenges during COVID 19 are difficult and add a level of complexity the team must figure out to stage the concert. When their lead choreographer tests positive for COVID, the whole team must move figuratively and physically without him.
Will they be able to pull off a concert in the midst of a pandemic? Will it bring hope to those who hear it and to those watching online?
JUSTIN BIEBER: OUR WORLD is an entertaining movie, although it’s a concert movie. There are long scenes where Justin is just singing and performing, so the movie drags a little and feels more like a live concert. The movie also features personal, self-shot scenes of Justin with his wife, Hailey.
OUR WORLD has a strong Christian, moral worldview. The movie shows prayer, crosses and Justin’s loyalty and personal growth. It shows that Justin has grown up in the limelight but has come to Christian faith, which has made him a better, more mature man. Also, the concert’s intent is to bring people together and spread joy and hope to the people watching. JUSTIN BIEBER: OUR WORLD does have some brief foul language, however.
