AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS: DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS kicks off its third season with the lead-up to auditions for the team. However, with the fame brought by the Netflix series, some veteran team members wonder whether the recruits are in it for the right reasons.
In the Season 3 premiere of AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS: DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS , viewers watch the run-up to the next football/cheerleading season, following the cheerleaders as they perform a series of live shows on a dance tour, grapple with the fame the Netflix series brought them, and prepare to once again audition for the team.
Viewers are introduced to a new group of rookies vying to join the squad, including Faith, a very flexible social media dance star from Australia. However, some veteran members share concerns that these recruits are more interested in getting famous than in serving the team.
This episode brings viewers right back into the action, perfectly portraying the anxieties the cheerleaders feel, whether they are returning members or rookies. The episode is well-shot, and does an excellent job of creating excitement for later episodes.
The first episode of Season 3 of AMERICA’S SWEETHEARTS: DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS has a strong moral worldview, promoting friendship, with pro-capitalist elements, such as hard work to achieve your goals.
