Forrest Frank, Cory Asbury and Tori Kelly just wrapped up their Jesus Generation Tour last week, which brought the gospel to hundreds of thousands of fans across the country.
Asbury, a Grammy-nominated artist, shared a couple memories and snaps from the tour, including some photos of working out and lots praying together.
“We worked out a lot. Forrest is actually pretty jacked. So is Tony,” Asbury wrote in the caption as he described each photo. “Lotta ppl. You can’t really tell, but this is Fo and me locking arms in prayer on the final night. I hadn’t showered that day, and his head was kinda in my armpit so I was torn between feeling bad for him and also trying to lock in.”
“I was genuinely hilarious most of the time as seen in this photo in which I am making famous ppl laugh,” the “Reckless Love” artist continued. “This is a glimpse into Forrest’s true heart posture. On his knees in the background, allowing some unc to stand on the massive platform he built for the Kingdom. No ego. Just humility. He truly is an amazing man of God behind closed doors, and I am very proud of him.”
“My son got to join me for the final couple weeks of tour, and the love and prayer and prophecy that was poured out on him was enough to make me weep. Eternally grateful,” Asbury concluded. “God is so kind to allow this shot to be captured on the big screen in Arlington. That’s a wrap. God is good. Also, I got tattoos.”

In just the first week of the tour, Frank’s Jesus Generation Tour ranked No. 5 on Pollstar’s LIVE75 chart, which ranks tours on the average number of tickets sold, the Christian Post reported.
Late last month, more than 20,400 fans filled up Louisville’s KFC Yum! Center, setting the record for the biggest Christian concert at the arena. It was the second-highest attended concert ever at the venue, only behind Metallica in 2019, NewRelease Today reported.
But for Frank, it’s never been about ticket sales or money. It’s about sharing Jesus Christ with the world.
“As long as I’m putting the truth of the gospel in the songs, and if I can recognize the Holy Spirit in the music, then I know that He’s going to be doing the work because I don’t put any pressure on it,” Frank told The Christian Post two years ago.
As the Jesus Generation Tour closed out, its blend of chart-topping success, genuine camaraderie and heartfelt faith left a lasting reminder that the real measure of the tour’s impact was found not in ticket sales but in changed hearts.
