Country singer Tyler Hubbard just gave fans a taste of his next single “All I Need Is You,” part of an upcoming album inspired by hit series THE CHOSEN.
“‘All I Need is You’ on @thechosentvseries out this Friday,” he posted on Instagram, along with a video of himself singing an acoustic version of the song.
In the video, Hubbard sings, “I sing my song on top of the mountain // I made it there to just find out // all I need is you.”
The still-untitled album will feature songs inspired by THE CHOSEN, performed by a variety of different artists.

“My wife, my three kids and I have a nightly ritual of watching THE CHOSEN. We really got into it! It’s a show that I love and am connected to, so I was really excited to personally be a part of the show and part of the music,” Hubbard said in a statement about the song.
He continued, “‘All I Need Is You’ is a song that’s out of my normal country music box. It’s a song that hits close to home. I think a lot of people can relate to the need for Jesus. To write a song about something that really matters is extra special.”
This isn’t the only exciting upcoming CHOSEN project. The cast of the show are joining survivalist Bear Grylls for THE CHOSEN IN THE WILD WITH BEAR GRYLLS to test their outdoor skills and have conversations about the show and their faith.
“Great survival requires faith,” Grylls told Deseret News about the series. “It might not articulate itself as faith in God. It might be faith in each other or faith in yourself, you know, but all the great survival stories, they require faith. It’s hope. It’s like never giving up. … And I think it’s a beautiful combination.”
He called THE CHOSEN IN THE WILD “one of the series I’m most proud of making, really, because it’s got these three tenets of life, which is adventure, faith and the outdoors.”
“It’s such a beautiful combination and I love it,” Grylls continued. “I’ve never done a spinoff like this before, but I kind of feel it’s hit a really unique spot, and I really hope fans around the world love it as much as I have.”
THE CHOSEN IN THE WILD WITH BEAR GRYLLS debuts on Prime Video on Aug. 9.
As we approach the premiere of the sixth season of THE CHOSEN this fall, there are plenty of exciting companion projects to look forward to.
