When tragedy changes Chloe’s circumstances, she faces a demanding proposition: attend a Christian university, graduate successfully, and inherit her grandmother’s farm and house. At school, Chloe must adjust, follow the rules, and decide what kind of life she will pursue.

Four stars means CHLOE’S MOUNTAIN is a highly effective drama with a strong emotional and moral center. The story gives Chloe a meaningful struggle, and the film’s focus on God’s love, persistence, friendship, sacrifice, and faith gives the drama substantial purpose.

The beautiful Paradise, California, setting adds to the film’s appeal. One critical, high-emotion scene is poorly lit and loses some of its effect, but the warmth and genuine love at the heart of the story remain powerful.
