What You Need To Know

BIRTHRIGHT OUTLAW, a faith-based western streaming on Great American Pure Flix, stars Lucas Black as Pastor Jeremiah Jacobs, a man who loves his wife and daughter more than anything, but Jacobs embarks on an impossible rescue mission when his daughter is kidnapped. BIRTHRIGHT OUTLAW is an exciting adventure in a compelling Old West setting and has a strong Christian, morally uplifting worldview about the lengths a loving good father will go for the sake of his family.
The Rev. Jeremiah Jacobs loves nothing more than his wife, Martha, and their daughter, Hope. He takes his station as father and minister seriously and wants to serve God, his family and the town where they live to the best of his ability.
However, when an unknown group of outlaws kidnap Hope, Jeremiah and Martha embark on a daring rescue mission to save their only daughter. Upon tracking the group of outlaws, Jeremiah makes a shocking discovery about his wife’s past that she never revealed to him.
For the sake of his family, Jeremiah must make the most difficult decision of his life. One path will lead to hope, freedom, truth, and restoration, while the other will lead to despair and regret. Neither path is free of pain and sacrifice. Will Jeremiah have the courage, faith and perseverance to save his family?
BIRTHRIGHT OUTLAW is an exciting adventure in a compelling Old West setting. The movie is well-acted and beautifully shot. It will keep viewer audiences intrigued and entertained throughout its running time.
BIRTHRIGHT OUTLAW has a strong Christian, morally uplifting worldview. It stresses Jeremiah’s faith in God, his role as a father, sacrifice, faith, and prayer. It also promotes many traditional, conservative ideas about fighting for restoration and forgiveness instead of abandoning those we love when things get difficult.
BIRTHRIGHT OUTLAW is a refreshing addition to the western genre, as one that upholds the Good, the True and the Beautiful. Although it’s rated PG-13, BIRTHRIGHT OUTLAW is a faith-filled adventure story that older children and parents can enjoy together. MOVIEGUIDE® advises minor caution for younger children due to some adult themes, violence and a reference to chewing tobacco.
