Sadie Robertson Huff encouraged her fans to put their hope in God and stand in His faithfulness.
“We put our hope in the resurrection of Jesus, right?” she said in a video from this year’s LO Sister Conference. “We’re so excited when we talk about [what] He conquered on the grave. But to those people, after 400 years of silence, the sound of a baby crying was enough. [It] sounded like the roar of a lion. It was small, but it was the fulfillment of prophecy that God [was] still in it. He’s still faithful, He’s still working, that He still cares.”
The DUCK DYNASTY star continued, “So He might be small. It might be the size of a hand. Oh, but it’s the word of God. It’s the bread of life. You will never be hungry again. In the middle of the darkness, there was a star in the night, and it was the sign that the drought was over. This weekend is the sign that the drought is over — that He is still good, that He’s still moving, that He’s still working miracles and that He is faithful.”
“So I hope in the future, because I’m standing on the faithfulness of my God and every day of my life,” Huff concluded.
In the caption of her post, she wrote, “It’s time to GET YOUR HOPES UP! I’m not sure who needs to hear this today, but God is STILL working. He is STILL performing miracles. He is STILL listening to your cries. He is STILL with you. & He STILL loves you. Even when it doesn’t look like it.”

“I spoke about Elijah at @liveoriginal sister conference and I’m excited to put the full message up one day soon,” she continued. “This message was deeply personal for me. It’s one I’m challenging myself to believe in times where you can’t fully see the breakthrough, you’ve seen enough to know God is still good.”
Huff recently shared some thoughts on the paths her life has taken and how her faith has been the cornerstone of everything.
“We were talking about the life we want to live and the impact we hope to have on the world,” she wrote on Instagram, recalling a conversation with her husband Christian shortly after they were married. “I remember us saying a phrase, ‘This house will set the tone.’ Whatever we want to be out there, we have to be in our home first. Whatever impact we have in the world must first be evident in the walls of our home.”
Huff said the couple “had no idea how those words would eventually take shape in our lives,” adding, “I’m quite speechless at how the Lord has moved…over the course of just about 7 years of our marriage.”
“I want to encourage you who have read this far: big things often don’t even start with big dreams, but with a heart postured towards God,” she continued. “I wouldn’t have dreamed this big, but God, with just a simple prayer and heart posture, made it into something beautiful. I’m dependent on God daily in my home to steward what He’s called me to, and He’s been so faithful to meet me in every moment that I feel overwhelmed and inadequate.”
Huff is getting ready to share some more of her wisdom in new book, It’s Not Personal, arriving Nov. 10.
“I could not be more grateful for this book to come out,” she told PEOPLE. “The message behind this book changed my life completely, which is why I felt so passionate about writing this. I really believe it will help so many people who dive into the pages.”
Huff added, “I hope the reader finishes this book walking more freely and dropping anything within them that is holding them back, so that they can be all that God created them to be.”
The DUCK DYNASTY star’s recent words are an encouragement to stand strong in faith and put our hope in God’s plan.
