Dave and Jenny Marrs brought fans along for the ride as they work on Season 8 of FIXER TO FABULOUS.
“Come along for a day behind the scenes with us — from job site visits and design decisions to meetings, problem-solving and everything in between,” an Instagram post from the couple reads. “Renovating homes is only part of what our days look like, and we’re grateful you get to be along for the journey.”
In the accompanying video, the Marrses begin their day at 8:30 a.m. at their first work site, discussing things with a carpenter and working on a bookshelf. As the day progresses, fans see Jenny talk to a client on the phone and sourcing fabric, while Dave continues work on the house.

By 2:00 p.m., the couple have moved on to site No. 2, talking with the homeowners, then meeting up with someone to discuss another project, before finally ending their busy day.
In a recent interview with TV Insider, Jenny shared that the couple have “got a lot of projects going on,” including renovating an airplane hanger into a home for Dave’s brother Matt and his wife, Karey.
“That one’s really cool and has been, probably, one of the most challenging of the season just because it’s our family, and there’s just an extra level of pressure when it’s family,” she continued. “We’re trying to save money for them, and him and Matt and his dad have been working around the clock on that one, I would say, probably in terms of physical labor and pain.”
Another project, which will be featured in Season 8 of FIXER TO FABULOUS, has been “two years in the making,” Dave said — “We’re doing a coffee shop, where we actually have, it’s in a creek bed. So, we’re elevating the entire structure with the moving company, putting a whole new foundation and piers underneath it.”
For any fans of FIXER TO FABULOUS who are anxious about the show coming to an end, never fear — in another conversation with TV Insider, Jenny said the couple “will keep doing this as long as we can.”
“As long as people enjoy the show and as long as we get to be a part of making people’s homes beautiful and telling people’s stories,” she said. “It’s really a pretty cool job that we get to have. We’ll just keep doing it as long as we’re relevant.”
A premiere date for FIXER TO FABULOUS Season 8 has not yet been announced, but fans can’t wait to see what exciting projects the Marrses have in store.
