Tamera Mowry-Housley recently shared a favorite Bible verse, reminding her followers faith is always “worth it.”

“‘I am sure of this, that he who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.’ – Philippians 1:6,” the actress captioned an Instagram post.

The post included a video with text reminding Mowry-Housley’s followers that, while it can be “hard…to walk faithfully with God,” it is “so worth it.”

She’s been thinking a lot about faith. An earlier post in September captured the joy and hardship that comes with walking with God.

“No one talks about how hard it is to walk faithfully with God,” Mowry-Housley wrote over a video of herself and her daughter worshipping. “It’s easy to post the verses and cute Bible notes, but there’s a lifetime of spiritual warfare, losing friendships, and being tempted and tested constantly throughout every day. It’s not easy to be separated from the world, but man it’s so worth it.”

The actress and her husband recently worked on the next episode of THE HOUSLEY FARM, their home renovation show on YouTube.

“October 1st and I’m reminded that the best moments are never the planned ones,” she captioned an Instagram post. “We came out to film the next HOUSLEY FARM episode, and somewhere between the red leaves and the sunset, it turned into this. Adam dancing with our girl. Laughter everywhere. My heart just full.”

Mowry-Housley continued, “Seasons change, kids grow up so fast, and I want to hold onto days like this as long as I can.”

The couple announced HOUSLEY FARM earlier this year, with Adam Housley telling PEOPLE, “After years of looking around and trying to find the right property, we finally found it.”

“We’ve been dreaming about this for a long time,” he continued. “Getting out of the city, getting into the country, teaching the kids and all of us how to be more sustainable to the land, having chickens and an orchard and vineyard.”

Mowry-Housley added, “I’m so excited but also a little nervous and anxious because I’m a city girl.”

“I grew up working in a vineyard and working in a garden and working in an orchard. And it’s cool that our kids will learn that and even more,” Housley said.

Mowry-Housley also recently worked on a different TV show — the second season of the SCRUBS reboot series.

“Scrubbed in and never wanted to scrub out 🩺💙,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Getting to play Dr. Steffie at Sacred Heart with this cast was a dream. Thank you to the whole @scrubs family for making me feel right at home.”

From her acting work and family memories to talking about her faith, Mowry-Housley shares it all on social media.
