“Thank God for the anger that forced me to pray // Thank God for the silence that taught me to wait,” él cantó en un video de Instagram. “If He spared me from breaking, and God knows I did // then I never would have ever known how good God is // I never would have ever known how good God is.”
“Something special happened at the riverfront during CMA Fest last year, and I knew we had to do it again,” él anunció en las redes sociales. “We’re calling it ‘Cowboy Church.’ Not the kind of church with suits and pews… the kind for the wanderers, the worn-out, the misfits, the ones who aren’t sure they belong anywhere. If that’s you — you’re welcome here. Come as you are.”

“This is the only reason I’m here, because I know what God did for me, He can do for you… He wants your heart,” Lake dijo a la multitud. “I gave my life to JESUS because someone extended the invitation…If you aren’t walking with JESUS, man, you’re missing the point.”
“This isn’t just about entertainment,” él explicó. “This is like an encounter. People’s lives are being changed. They’re walking out better than they came in.”
Lake continuó, “I feel like music is what GOD has called me to, the gift that HE’s given me, and that’s how I’m able to share this message and reach people.”
“The best thing I can do is offer my story, what GOD has done in my life, and allow GOD to do the rest,” compartió. “Like I’m not out here trying to beat people with a BIBLE and, you know, fire and brimstone. I don’t think that’s effective…I think my songs are offerings, and they’re open doors.”
