Tom Holland doesn’t want to let go of his Spidey suit.

At the Los Angeles premiere for SPIDER-MAN: A BRAND NEW DAY on Monday, Holland said making the SPIDER-MAN movies feels like home. He loves the people he works with and the character.

“When we all get together, it always feels like something magical happens, and to get to do it time and time again is something that will never really sink in for me. It still feels like this is my first-ever premiere for this character. It has been the gift of my life,” he said.

He told The Hollywood Reporter he’d love to play Spider-Man forever. BRAND NEW DAY marks his fourth movie in the franchise.

“I will do it for as long as they’ll have me. So if this movie does good, I guess we’ll see!” he said.

If the movie is as successful as its trailer, which broke the world record for most viewed trailer ever, it will do just fine. Plus, the advance ticket sales — which are upwards of $40m — are the biggest they’ve been for any movie in the last five years — since SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME came out.

Holland recently hinted that some fans have already correctly guessed the plot of BRAND NEW DAY.

“Some of the wildest fan theories are like weirdly accurate to what is happening in the movie,” Holland told Vanity Fair France. “I feel like I don’t want to give any fuel to the flames before the movie comes out.”

Naturally, he refused to confirm which theories are correct.

The movie’s synopsis reads, “It’s a BRAND NEW DAY for Peter Parker. Fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man in a world that doesn’t remember him — and the pressure of seeing his old friends move on without him — sparks a change in Peter he may not have the power to control. But that transformation might also be the only thing that can stop a shocking new threat to the city and those he loves — a powerful villain no one can even see.”

Unlike most super-hero movies, this one is a mystery. Spider-Man has to figure out why things are happening and who is behind them.

Along with Holland, other stars include Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando and Mark Ruffalo. It’s directed by Destin Daniel Cretton.

The Rotten Tomatoes critics’ score is already in, with the movie sitting at 89%.

The movie comes out to the public this Friday, July 31.
